Start your day by joining us in the lobby for complimentary coffee or tea, served daily between 8 am & 11 am. Then, head out to enjoy one of the beautiful Wells beaches, or explore the many antique shoppes or boutiques in the area. Enjoy a trolley ride into Ogunquit to stroll along the scenic Marginal Way, treat yourself to fine dining, or take a cruise out of Perkins Cove.

Whether you spend the day kayaking in the pristine Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, taking in a play at one of the local theaters, shopping for the perfect souvenir or simply relaxing, The Beach Rose Inn is centrally located and the perfect place to end your day!

• Check-in begins at 3pm. IMPORTANT: If you plan to arrive later than 6 pm, please inform the reservation desk of the time of arrival.
• There is a Late Arrival Key Box outside the main entrance.   Check-out is at 11am.
• Rooms are non-smoking & pet free; $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file if signs of smoking or pets are found.
• All rates are subject to change.
• Rates are based on single/double occupancy, and are subject to a 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
• Additional guests may be added to your reservation at a rate of $15 per person per night, regardless of age. (Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend; Cost Per Person Per Night is $20.)
• Cancellation Policy: we must be notified of cancellations at least 7 days prior to arrival in order for the deposit to be returned.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival, will result in loss of the deposit.​ There will be NO REFUND for early departure and cancelation received for same day arrival.
• Reservation and Payment Policy: Guest will be charge full amount of reservation. Reservations for hotel suites at The Beach Rose Inn of 7 days or less, must be guaranteed with a deposit for one night stay. Reservations for hotel suites of 8 days or more, require a 50% deposit of the entire stay.
• Guarantees may be paid with all major credit cards, and the remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.
• Housekeeping is provided for all our suites.
• Each suite has a flat screen HDTV with cable, wireless internet, an in-room refrigerator, a private bathroom and individual climate controls.
• Group discounts are available for business outings, family reunions or wedding parties.  Please contact us directly for more details.

• Discounts may be offered for long-term stays.
